About the Role:
The Call Center Representative will handle inbound customer calls related to healthcare claims and benefits. The role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to navigate healthcare-related inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve inquiries regarding healthcare claims and benefits.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards during and after training.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical call center or healthcare customer service role.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology, such as PPO vs. HMO, deductibles, and co-insurance.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Must pass a written test evaluating healthcare knowledge.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
Pay range and compensation package:
Pay: $21-$24/hour based on experience
